After bulk construction of building completed, dune completely void of vegetation except for scattered weeds and sand structure destabilised

Jute matting applied and pinned down then planted out with coastal dune scrub species to being stabilisation process.
May 2021
After almost 2 years of growth coastal dune scrub vegetation mosaic has stabilised sand dune with 85% plant cover.
